Confirmed corrections, recorded publicly.

This log publishes confirmed user-facing corrections with what was wrong, what changed, when we found it and supporting evidence where available. We are extending this into a database-enforced ledger so operational repairs cannot bypass the public trail.

If something looks wrong, mail hello@foot.io with the entity URL and the source you'd cite to correct it.

Why a public erratum log?

01 · Trust
Researchers and journalists can only cite a source they trust. A provider that admits errors when found is more trustworthy than one that doesn't.
02 · Provenance
Published fixes should name the source used for verification so you can re-check our work. Missing evidence is a gap, not an implied guarantee.
03 · Continuous
We add to this list as we find errors. The list is never "done". A long list is good — it means we're looking. An empty list would be suspicious.
